Shipping policy
When will my package be sent?
Our average processing time to prepare and pack your order is 3 business days. The average delivery time is 10-13 working days. Our distribution centers are located in the UK and Sweden, and the products are shipped from there.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here.
Do you need help?
If your order has not received a tracking update for a while, it is usually due to an error by the courier company, but it may still arrive within the specified delivery time.
However, if your order has exceeded the delivery time or if you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@pure-trend.com.
Please ensure that the items in your order are correctly selected as they cannot be stopped or canceled once they have been dispatched. If you decide not to keep your purchase or any part of it, our refund policy applies within 14 working days.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and hygiene items (e.g., cosmetic products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the existing item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the EU
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, if the goods are shipped to the EU. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@pure-trend.com.
